Jaigopal Garodia Vidyalaya (JGV) - the fourth school in the chain of Jaigopal Garodia Group of Institutions is an off shoot of Jaigopal Garodia Vivekananda Vidyalaya (JGVV)Trust, Anna Nagar, Chennai - a prime educational body and a philanthropic organisation founded by the legendary Philanthropist Shri. Jaigopal Garodia.
The aim of Jaigopal Garodia Vidyalaya is to impart value based education rich in our traditions and culture interwoven with scientific temper so that the students pass out from this institution will be a part to build a powerful and prosperous India. The school is situated on the highway of Ambattur-Thiruverkadu on a sprawling 2.78 1/2 acres of land surrounded by serene atmosphere and lush green fields away from the buzzle and noise of the city.
Every effort is made to provide the students with state-of-the-art technology in a built up area of 1,25,000 sq.ft. with four floors. It will house 64 well ventilated class rooms of size 24’ x 26’, Eight administrative staff rooms, well-equipped laboratories separately for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Mathematics, English language and Composite Lab. A multi purpose spacious auditorium an open assembly hall will be in the centre with four side class rooms. There will be three libraries with a good collection of books of knowledge, our ancient history and culture. Safe drinking water will be provided. Excellent facilities for outdoor games will be provided. All safety measures will be taken care of. The fee will be affordable so that even the lower middle class will afford to send their children.
The construction is almost nearing completion and the school is to start in the month of Jun 2023 during the academic year 2023-24 initially with classes from LKG to VII standard with an approximate strength of 1000 students.
